This case study, in which I served as the creative lead and client liaison, examines the impact of a comprehensive branding, web design, and advertising strategy for Red Ride, a transportation company out of Steam Boat Springs, CO.
I started this process by leading a brand discovery workshop with the owners of Red Ride. Based on this discovery workshop, I provided direction to the copywriter and designer to create a cohesive visual identity and messaging strategy that effectively communicated Red Rides values and mission to their target audience through various marketing channels.
After the branding workshop, the first part of the branding process was logo creation. My team developed a unique and visually appealing logo for Red Ride that effectively represented their brand, identity, and the area they service.
Next, I worked with my team to create comprehensive brand standards for Red Ride that included guidelines for their brand identity, voice and tone, color palette, typography, and imagery to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all their marketing materials.
Once a strong brand identity was determined, we generated a variety of brand assets for Red Ride, including icons, business cards, jackets, cups, letterheads, social media graphics, and marketing materials that aligned with their brand standards
Red Ride's goal was to have a beautiful and functional website that would provide an easy-to-use platform for booking rides, we accomplished this through.
I worked directly with the client to identify the key features and functionalities that the website needed to include. We conducted a series of discovery sessions with the client to understand their business goals, target audience, and user experience requirements.
Based on our exploratory sessions and research, I worked with my team to develop a set of branding standards and a creative concept for the website that would be simple, intuitive, and engaging for users. I coordinated with my design, video and development teams to design a clean and modern interface.
After completing the designs, we moved onto the website development phase utilizing WordPress Block Editor and implementing cutting-edge web standards, which allowed for the creation of dynamic and visually engaging website that is both user-friendly and optimized for search.
After the website was launched, I worked with the client to create an advertising and marketing plan to drive traffic to the site and increase customer engagement. We developed a social media campaign that targeted Red Ride’s key demographics and used paid advertising to increase visibility and drive traffic to the website.
Since the website’s launch, Red Ride has seen a significant increase in bookings and customer satisfaction. The website has been a valuable asset in helping the company grow its customer base and improve its customer experience.
